What is a Sample Pack?
Thematic loop collections in the ReCycle (.rx2) format for use with Propellerheads Reason, ReCycle or any software that reads the RX2 format. You can hear demos of each individual file as well as an example composition made from the content of the Sample Pack. Once you have purchased a Sample Pack you can download it again and again from your “previous orders” area in your shopping cart.
Do I have to register as a member to be able to buy Sample Packs?
No, but if you do register you can download your Sample Pack over and over again from any computer with an internet connection.
Can I use my sound credits to buy a Sample Pack?
No. Sample Packs are purchased directly with your credit card from our secure online store.
With which programs can I use REX files?
Any sequencer that reads rex files including REASON, Cubase, MOTU Digital Performer and Logic 5-6.
Are the sounds I am listening to the same as the sounds I download?
No, the preview files are of a much lower quality than the downloaded files. The files you download are 16 bit / 44.1 kHz.
