License Agreement PowerFX Cloud Library Access
With the Full Access Account you are purchasing a license to use the sounds in the following manner.
• You have a license to use any of these sounds royalty free for commercial use in music, television or production music. In games, the sounds can only be used as background music, not as part of the game or app or as an isolated clickable sound.
• You do not own the sounds but you are purchasing a license to use the sounds in your productions royalty free for the duration of you account with PowerFX. If you publish a song or work using these sounds during the time period of having a license you have continued royalty free status, but if your license runs out, you cannot use the sounds again in a new production.
• The License is good for one calendar year from purchase and must be repurchased if you are to use the sounds you have downloaded in new productions beginning one year from purchase.
• You are granted a single user license, if multiple users are accessing one account, you need a multi-user license.
• You cannot resell or give the sounds away, the license is not transferrable.
• You cannot manipulate, treat, process or use as raw material the sounds to resell as another sound library.
• You cannot upload the sounds to a local or P2P network or store them on any cloud storage system with expressed written permission from PowerFX.
• File sharing and multi-user license can be purchased or granted only with written authorization from PowerFX Systems AB.
• The term "sound" or "sounds" when used in this document refers to any sound, sample or file, in any format or configuration that originates from the PowerFX Individual Sound Library.
• All sounds in the PowerFX Sound Library remain property of PowerFX and its parent company PowerFX Systems AB (the licensor), and all purchased sounds are licensed, not sold to the registered user (the licensee). All rights not expressly granted to the registered user are reserved by PowerFX Systems AB.
• File sharing and multi-user license can be purchased or granted only with written authorization from PowerFX Systems AB.
PowerFX reserves the right to cancel, without refunding, any account it feels is using the service in an incorrect manner.
